Dealmakers of the Year 2020

The American Lawyer selected Kirkland & Ellis corporate partners Jonathan Davis and Daniel Wolf as 2020 “Dealmakers of the Year” for their work on behalf of Bristol-Myers Squibb in its $74 billion acquisition of Celgene Corp. Honorees are recognized for creative lawyering to novel issues of law in the deals that mattered most in 2019.
