The Deal Awards Middle Market 2020

The Deal honored Kirkland & Ellis with three awards at The Deal Awards Middle Market.

Kirkland was named “Restructuring Advisory Firm of the Year” and was recognized for its work advising LNK Partners on the merger between Dogfish Head Brewery and the Boston Beer Company, Inc., which won “Consumer, Retail, Food & Beverage Deal of the Year.” Additionally, Kirkland was recognized for its work advising CIVC Partners and Yellowstone Landscape Group, Inc. in the sale of Yellowstone to Harvest Partners, which won “Private Equity Deal of the Year.”
