IFLR1000 United States Awards 2020

International Financial Law Review (IFLR) recognized Kirkland & Ellis with three awards at the inaugural IFLR1000 United States Awards. The Firm won:

• State Firm of the Year – New York

• Team of the Year – Restructuring and Insolvency

• Deal of the Year (M&A) – Bristol-Myers Squibb’s acquisition of Celgene
