China Law & Practice Awards 2020

China Law & Practice named Kirkland & Ellis the 2020 “International Private Equity & Venture Capital Firm of the Year” at its annual awards program. Additionally, the Firm was honored with “M&A Deal of the Year” for its representation of New Frontier Corporation in the acquisition of United Family Healthcare. The awards pay tribute to the biggest and most important commercial legal matters that involved lawyers and parties in China.
