GlobalCapital Asia Awards 2020

GlobalCapital recognized Kirkland & Ellis with “Best Leveraged/Acquisition Finance” and “Best Loan” at its Asia Awards 2020. The Firm was recognized for representing Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA) on the financing aspect of a $600 million dual-tranche loan for Hexaware Technologies’ take-private. The transaction marked the largest leveraged loan financing from India.
