The Asset recognized Kirkland & Ellis with “Best Indian LBO Deal” at its annual Triple A Country Awards. The Firm was recognized for its efforts representing Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA) in the $600 million leveraged buyout financing for Hexaware Technologies. The annual awards represent the industry's most prestigious awards for banking, finance, treasury and the capital markets.
