Insurance Trailblazers 2021

The National Law Journal named Kirkland & Ellis partner Parimah Hassouri to its 2021 edition of “Insurance Trailblazers.” Parimah was honored for, among other things, representing Aetna in navigating regulatory approvals in its approximately $70 billion merger with CVS Health. The merger resulted in lower costs for consumers.
