Global Competition Review honored Kirkland & Ellis with “Merger Control Matter of the Year – Americas” at the 11th annual GCR Awards. The Firm was recognized for its representation of AbbVie in the $63 billion acquisition of Allergan. The 2021 GCR Awards recognized the most complex deals and cases from 2020, as well as several of the leading firms and standout individuals.
