IFLR1000 India Awards 2021

International Financial Law Review (IFLR) honored Kirkland & Ellis with two awards at the IFLR1000 India Awards 2021. The Firm was recognized with “Banking and Finance Deal of the Year” for its work representing Baring Private Equity Asia on the financing of the take-private of Hexaware Technologies. Additionally, Kirkland won “Restructuring and Insolvency Deal of the Year” for its involvement in the restructuring of bonds issued by Suzlon Energy Ltd. 

The awards aim to recognize and celebrate exceptional performance by law firms, teams and individual lawyers, across the spectrum of corporate finance disciplines.
