China Law & Practice named Kirkland & Ellis the 2021 “International Firm of the Year,” “International Private Equity & Venture Capital Firm of the Year” and “International Regulatory & Compliance Firm of the Year” at its annual awards program. The Firm was also honored with “M&A Deal of the Year” for the take-private of China Biologic Products and “Finance Deal of the Year” for the take-private of 58.com.
