IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2022

International Financial Law Review (IFLR) recognized Kirkland & Ellis with two awards at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2022. The Firm won “Private Equity Deal of the Year” for its work in the take-private of China Biologic Products and “Restructuring Deal of the Year” for representing Centerbridge Partners in connection with the reorganization of Boart Longear.
