Top Performer and Compass Award Winner 2022

The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) named Kirkland & Ellis a 2022 “Top Performer” and “Compass Award” winner. The “Top Performer” designation recognizes organizations with the highest level of engagement with LCLD over the past year, and the “Compass Award” recognizes members that personally attend LCLD’s Annual Meeting, participate in LCLD’s Fellows and Pathfinder programs, and get involved in at least one LCLD pipeline program. Earning both recognitions signals Kirkland’s commitment to increasing diversity in the legal profession.
