IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2023

International Financial Law Review (IFLR) recognized Kirkland & Ellis with five awards at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2023. The Firm won “US Law Firm of the Year,” “Private Equity Team of the Year” and “Restructuring Team of the Year” as well as “Private Equity Deal of the Year” for EQT’s acquisition of Baring Private Equity Asia and “Loan Deal of the Year” for the financing that underpinned the take-private of China’s 51job.

An awards ceremony was held on March 22 at Singapore’s Park Royal hotel to celebrate legally innovative teams, deals and individuals in the Asia-Pacific region.
