IJ Global Awards 2022 - Deals of the Year

IJ Global recognized Kirkland & Ellis with three “Deal of the Year” awards at its annual awards program. The Firm was honored with “North American Digital Infrastructure Deal of the Year” for representing Brookfield Infrastructure Partners on its joint venture with Intel for the development of two semiconductor fabrication facilities, “North American Transmission Deal of the Year” for representing Champlain Hudson Power Express Transmission Line on the development and financing of the Champlain Hudson Power Express, and “North American Power Refinancing of the Year” for representing Clean Energy Future on the refinancing of Lordstown, a 940MW natural gas-fired, combined-cycle power plant in Ohio.
