Law.com International recognized Kirkland & Ellis with three awards at the Asia Legal Awards 2024. The Firm won “Banking & Finance Firm of the Year,” “Private Equity Deal of the Year” for Bain’s take-private of Chindata and “Restructuring and Insolvency Matter of the Year” for China Evergrande Group’s restructuring.
