IJ Global Awards North America 2023

IJGlobal recognized Kirkland & Ellis with four awards at its annual North America awards program. The Firm was named “Legal Advisor of the Year – Energy,” and was honored with “Oil & Gas Deal of the Year – LNG” for representing GIP’s equity investment in, and financing of, Rio Grande LNG,  “Oil & Gas Deal of the Year – Midstream” for representing Transition Equity Partner’s financing of the Trinity gas storage project and “Renewables Deal of the Year – Offshore Wind” for representing Vineyard Wind 1 LLC’s tax equity financing of its offshore wind deal.
