Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Honors Kirkland as 2024 International Firm of the Year

Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific recognized Kirkland & Ellis as “International Firm of the Year” as part of its 2024 Asia-Pacific Awards. The Firm was also recognized with an “Impact Case of the Year” for its involvement in Yap Sze Kam v Yang Kee Logistics. In that case, Kirkland represented a global real estate management and investment fund in connection with the enforcement and restructuring of debts owed by Yang Kee Logistics Pte Ltd (in receivership), the Singapore-headquartered global logistics company.
