Kirkland Named Private Equity and Venture Capital Law Firm of the Year at JUVE Awards 2025

Kirkland has been recognized as “Law Firm of the Year for Private Equity and Venture Capital” at the 2025 JUVE Awards, the most prestigious legal awards in Germany. This marks the third time the Firm has received this honor, following back-to-back wins in 2019 and 2020. Since 2004, JUVE has presented awards annually to law firms and in-house teams that have dynamic practices and leading market positions.

In their latest transactional rankings, published in September, JUVE listed Kirkland as a band 1 firm in Private Equity Transactions, noting that “no other law firm has grown as much in terms of personnel as Kirkland & Ellis.” JUVE also referred to Kirkland as “one of the leading players in the market when it comes to complex, large-volume transactions for institutional investors.”
