Partner Rachel Cantor Named to “Top Women in Law”

Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and Chicago Lawyer recognized Kirkland partner Rachel Cantor among their “Top Women in Law” for 2025. Rachel was honored for her work mentoring and promoting women in the profession, success in the legal community, and demonstrated leadership skills.

Rachel focuses her practice on the tax aspects of complex business transactions including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts, as well as joint ventures, recapitalizations, and debt and equity restructurings. In addition to her practice, Rachel is deeply committed to mentoring early-career attorneys at Kirkland and is involved in numerous Chicago-based community and charitable endeavors.
