Kirkland Recognized as a Law360 “Firm of the Year” With Five “Practice Group of the Year” Wins

Law360 named Kirkland a 2025 “Firm of the Year,” an honor recognizing the law firms that won the most “Practice Group of the Year” awards. Firms selected to the annual list executed litigation wins and significant transactional work that resonated throughout the legal industry over the past year.

Our winning practices secured trial wins for Uber, Johnson & Johnson and TriZetto, billion-dollar M&A deals for Electronic Arts, Global Infrastructure Partners and Amcor, successful fundraises for Thoma Bravo, Ares Management and Oaktree Capital Management, and complex financings for Metronet, Sunnova Energy and Diversified Energy Company.

This marks Kirkland’s third straight win for “Trials Practice Group of the Year” and fourth straight for “Fund Formation Practice Group of the Year.”
