Kirkland Recognized in The Lawyer’s “Top 20 Cases of 2026”

The Lawyer highlighted Kirkland’s representation of Boehringer Ingelheim in a patent dispute against Dr Reddy’s Laboratories in its “Top 20 Cases of 2026,” a list of the most anticipated cases of the year ahead. The Boehringer Ingelheim case, which will “see two of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies clash over patents relating to Boehringer’s diabetes medication … is highly anticipated in both the pharmaceutical and patent sectors.”
