Partner Jennifer Perkins Named to Crain’s New York’s “Notable Women in Law”

Crain’s New York Business recognized Kirkland partner Jennifer Perkins as one of its 2026 “Notable Women in Law,” a list honoring women attorneys who are “leading the work that keeps systems functioning.”

Jennifer was honored for leading multiple transactions for KKR that created broad-based employee ownership programs, including the $3 billion sale of C.H.I. Overhead Doors to Nucor, which yielded more than $80 million in payouts to hourly staff. The publication also noted her service on the Board of Directors of the nonprofit New Alternatives for Children.
