Two Kirkland Partners Named to “A List: Rising Stars” by CBLJ

China Business Law Journal named Kirkland partners Qingyu Wu and Leo Zhou to its 2025-2026 “A List: Rising Stars” list, which honors individuals dedicated to facilitating enterprise growth in an ever-evolving business landscape.

Qingyu focuses on capital markets, cross-border M&A and general corporate advisory. He has experience leading issuers and investment banks across a variety of industries, with a particular emphasis on technology (including AI and semiconductors), consumer goods and high-end manufacturing.

Leo focuses his practice on public and private companies, as well as private equity firms, in a variety of cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, take-privates, growth investments, and joint ventures.
