Kirkland Receives Two PEI 2025 “Law Firm of the Year” Awards
Private Equity International (PEI) recognized Kirkland in two categories at its 2025 awards program, which celebrates best-in-class firms, funds, deals, exits and more. Kirkland won the following PEI Awards:
Kirkland was noted for its “dominating performance across the legal categories for the Americas.” The Firm’s investment funds practice was noted for a successful year advising Thoma Bravo, Veritas Capital and others, and Kirkland’s transactional practice was recognized as “deals counsel to some of private equity’s best-known names,” including Blackstone, KKR, Bain Capital and Thoma Bravo.
