Partner Michael De Vries Featured in Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Top 100 Lawyers”

The Los Angeles Business Journal named Kirkland partner Michael De Vries to its 2026 list of the “Top 100 Lawyers.” Mike was honored as “one of the country’s foremost IP practitioners” and was noted for his “nearly 20-year legal partnership with fellow Kirkland partner Adam Alper,” a collaboration that has spanned a wide range of industries like semiconductors, telecommunications, computer hardware, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and life sciences. In addition to their long-standing partnership, Mike and Adam were also recognized for their significant track record of success, having secured “more than $2.5 billion in verdicts and publicly reported settlements since 2018.”
