Partner Mark Boyagi Named Among PEI’s Annual “40 Under 40: Future Leaders of Private Equity”

Private Equity International (PEI) named Kirkland partner Mark Boyagi to its 2026 “40 Under 40: Future Leaders of Private Equity” list, which highlights professionals under 40 who have demonstrated noteworthy leadership, innovation and technical skills.

Mark was profiled as a “key figure in the secondaries market” who has advised on “$30 billion of continuation vehicle transaction volume in 2025, accounting for more than 25 percent of the worldwide CV market.” PEI also noted that Mark “remains intimately engaged with new and emerging trends, particularly as the secondaries market explodes into different asset classes.”
