Partner Joey Chau Named Among ALB’s Top 15 Female Lawyers

Asian Legal Business (ALB) named Kirkland partner Joey Chau to its Asia Top 15 Female Lawyers 2026 list. The annual ranking recognizes elite female practitioners who are redefining legal excellence and driving innovation across the Asia-Pacific region.  

Joey is a corporate partner and co-head of Kirkland’s strategic M&A practice in Asia, advising leading private equity sponsors and other financial investors on a wide variety of complex transactions, including high-profile take-privates. She is a member of the Takeovers and Mergers Panel and the Takeovers Appeal Committee of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.
