Partner Gregg LoCascio Named to Bloomberg Law’s “Unrivaled” List

Bloomberg Law recognized Kirkland partner Gregg LoCascio on its second annual “Unrivaled” list, which features litigators who lead the legal industry in high-stakes trials and settlements.

Gregg was profiled for leading the trial team representing Abbott Laboratories in a California consumer class action over labeling on its PediaSure nutrition drinks for children. After deliberating for just three hours, the jury returned a complete verdict in Abbott’s favor in a stunning win for Gregg and the Kirkland team.

“Defending a large corporation in a jury class-action trial is not easy,” Gregg said. “Telling a client’s story to a jury and working with incredibly talented colleagues to guide the jury to the right outcome remains as exciting and rewarding today as it did when I took my first witness some 30 years ago.”

Over the course of his career, Gregg has been lead counsel in 26 trials and handled dozens of additional preliminary injunctions. He is also a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.
