Partner Saghar Esfandiarifard Named ABF Fellow by American Bar Foundation

Kirkland partner Saghar Esfandiarifard has been selected as a 2026 ABF Fellow by the American Bar Foundation. The ABF Fellows is a global honorary society for attorneys, judges, law faculty and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated an outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession. 

Saghar is a Los Angeles-based litigator and trial lawyer specializing in complex commercial cases. Her practice covers product liability, multidistrict litigation, class actions, antitrust, securities fraud, government enforcement, internal investigations, restructuring, entertainment law, and white-collar and criminal defense. She has represented many large, well-known corporations, including 3M, Volkswagen, Teva, Abbott, PepsiCo, Cigna, J.Crew, Sanderson Farms and Eli Lilly.
