Partner Paul Rezvani Recognized Among Los Angeles Business Journal’s Banking & Finance Leaders of Influence

The Los Angeles Business Journal named Kirkland partner Paul Rezvani to its 2026 list of “Leaders of Influence: Banking & Finance,” which recognizes outstanding professionals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, expertise, accomplishments and integrity within the banking and finance industry.  

Paul is a debt finance partner in Kirkland’s Los Angeles office who regularly advises global private equity firms, portfolio companies, hedge funds, asset managers, alternative capital providers, and other public and private companies on the negotiation, structuring and documentation of secured and unsecured financing transactions. He is widely recognized for his experience advising borrowers and lenders on complex financing matters, including senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions, acquisition financings, dividend recapitalizations, and loan workouts and restructurings.
