Partner Travis Swearingen Admitted to ACTL Fellows
The American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), one of the premier legal associations in North America, named Kirkland partner Travis Swearingen among its 2026 Fellows.
Founded in 1950, the ACTL is widely recognized as the preeminent organization of trial lawyers in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Fellowship is extended by invitation only, following a rigorous review process, to trial lawyers with at least 15 years of experience who have demonstrated the highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.
Travis is a litigator in Kirkland’s Nashville office who primarily represents healthcare industry clients, advising on regulatory and compliance matters and defending clients in complex class- and mass-action disputes.
