Kirkland Honored With “Best in State – Texas” and Two “Deal of the Year” Awards by IFLR

International Financial Law Review (IFLR) recognized Kirkland with “Loan Deal of the Year,” “Private Equity Deal of the Year” and “Best in State – Texas” honors at its 2026 Americas Awards, which recognize the most innovative cross-border legal deals of the year.

Kirkland was recognized for leading Thoma Bravo’s private credit acquisition financing to purchase $10.55 billion of digital aviation assets from Boeing, as well as BC Partners’ CA$13.5 billion sale of its majority interest in GardaWorld Security Corporation.
