Kirkland Recognized at Middle East Legal Awards

Law.com International named Kirkland “Banking, Finance & Restructuring Team of the Year” at its 2026 Middle East Legal Awards, which honor outstanding achievements within the legal profession in the Middle East.

Kirkland’s Riyadh office, which opened in 2023, includes a team of Saudi Arabia’s leading attorneys who advise private equity firms, financial institutions, investors, public and private companies, sovereign wealth funds, government entities and other clients in M&A, capital markets, project development and finance, restructurings, antitrust and competition, debt finance, banking and Islamic finance and regulatory matters.
