Kirkland Recognized in Inaugural WTR “Copyright 1000”

World Trademark Review (WTR) recognized Kirkland in its inaugural edition of “Copyright 1000,” which identifies nearly 1,500 leading practitioners worldwide for their trademark, copyright and design advice. The Firm was recognized as “one of [America’s] premier IP practices, combining formidable trial capabilities with sophisticated strategic counselling.”

Additionally, Kirkland partners Dale Cendali and Joshua Simmons were recognized among New York’s top copyright practitioners. Dale was noted for being regularly “entrusted with bet-the-company disputes for major media, technology and entertainment clients” and as someone who “has built an enviable track record in cases that shape the direction of copyright law.” Josh was named for being “at the forefront of many of the firm’s most significant copyright matters, advising leading technology, media and life sciences companies on issues spanning software, AI and digital content.”
