Kirkland Recognized as a Leading M&A Firm by The Times

The Times recognized Kirkland as a leading M&A firm in its “Best Law Firms 2027” guide, which showcases the top 250 legal practices in England and Wales, as selected by fellow lawyers. 

The recognition highlights the Firm’s work on several significant transactions, including leading CPP’s investment in the consortium launching a takeover offer for Recordati, Blue Owl’s acquisition and financing of a portfolio of Spire Healthcare hospitals, and Lone Star Funds’ acquisition of Lonza’s capsules and health ingredients business.
