Summary:

On December 2, 2002, seven players from the secondaries community gathered to discuss the state of market and its evolution.  Chad Alfed, Michael Granoff, Frank E. Morgan, II, Jerrold Newman, Anthony Tutrone and David de Weese participated in the roundtable. Some topics discussed included seller expectations, return expectations, funded vs. unfunded commitments, buyouts vs. venture, disclosure and intermediaries.  Kirkland partner Bruce Ettleson served as moderator.
