Thoma, Ontario Teachers' Rack Up Big SonicWall Bain

"Thoma Bravo LLC and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan stand to make a substantial return on the Tuesday, March 13, sale of portfolio company SonicWall Inc. to computer and software giant Dell Inc., if an analyst estimate of a $1 billion sales price is correct.
