Kirkland Chows Down on a Pair of Food Deals

Kirkland advises Ferrara Pan Candy Company Inc. in its purchase of Farley's & Sather's Candy Company from private equity firm Catterton Partners.

Kirkland also advises Angelo, Gordon & Co. it its purchase of Benihana, a Japanese-themed restaurant chain, for $296 million.
