Tousa Files Liquidation Plan

"Former homebuilder Tousa Inc. is finally set to pursue a liquidation plan almost three years after commencing mediation with creditors.

The Hollywood, Fla., company filed its plan and disclosure statement on May 15 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida in Fort Lauderdale.

Joshua A. Sussberg and Richard M. Cieri of Kirkland & Ellis LLP are debtor counsel."
