Thoma Bravo Pays $395 for Keynote Systems

"Private equity firm Thoma Bravo LLC said Monday, June 24, it was acquiring computer cloud company Keynote Systems Inc., taking it private for $20 per share or about $395 million in cash.

The offer represents a 48% premium over the June 21 closing price of $13.51."
