Cenveo Pushes Back Against Brigade Request

"Envelope maker Cenveo Inc. is accusing Brigade Capital Management LP of requesting the appointment of an examiner purely as a play for leverage in the case.

Cenveo filed documents ahead of a March 6 hearing on Brigade's request noting that the investment firm had voted in favor of many of the arrangements that it's now calling into question. Among those arrangements are the executive compensation package, which Cenveo said Brigade voted in favor of as an investor in the company."
