It's hip to go public again
Partner Bob Hayward is quoted in the article from Crain's Chicago Business regarding the surge of initial public offerings by local companies in Chicago, many of which Kirkland's capital markets team led on. The group led 16 IPOs in 14 months, including Chicago's largest IPO last year in which insurer Ryan Specialty Group raised more than $1.5 billion.
