Deal Diary: Goodwin, Kirkland Help Thoma Bravo Land SailPoint
Chicago-based private equity sponsor Thoma Bravo announced on Monday, April 11, that it had agreed to pay $6.9 billion in cash and assumed debt to acquire SailPoint, an Austin, Texas-based cybersecurity company. Corporate partners Corey Fox and Bradley Reed and associate Steven Page and debt finance partner Brian Ford provided counsel to Thoma Bravo as part of the deal.
