Companies Brace for Onslaught of New Activists After Change in Proxy-Voting Rules

Partner Shaun Mathew was quoted in this article from The Wall Street Journal regarding recent revisions to the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) corporate ballot rules, and how the adoption of a "universal proxy card" under these news rules will impact the upcoming proxy-voting season.
