The 2026 Dealmakers of The Year - Maggie Flores and Sarkis Jebejian

The American Lawyer has named Kirkland lawyers Maggie Flores and Sarkis Jebejian to its 2026 list of “Dealmakers of the Year" for the Firm's role advising Electronic Arts Inc. in a $55 billion transaction to acquire and take the game maker private, the largest leveraged buyout in Wall Street history.
