Rajinder Bassi Joins Kirkland & Ellis International LLP

Kirkland & Ellis International LLP is pleased to announce that Rajinder Bassi has joined the Firm as a partner in the London office.  She joins with associates Laleh Hejazi and Harkiran Hothi in the firm’s international arbitration practice group and they will both be working with Kirkland partner, Chris Colbridge.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Ms. Bassi was a senior associate in Shearman & Sterling’s international arbitration group in London, representing multinational corporations and government entities in both institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations.  In addition, she gained significant experience  representing clients involved in cross-border litigation before the English High Court and internal investigations conducted on a global basis.

Ms. Bassi graduated  from the University of Sheffield with a law degree, and completed her legal practice course at the College of Law in Chester.
