Kirkland & Ellis International LLP Advises Kennet Partners in Closing of Third Fund
Kirkland & Ellis International LLP advised Kennet Partners, a technology growth equity investor, in the closing of its third fund, Kennet III. With more than €200 million ($315 million) in commitments, Kennet III will invest in later-stage technology businesses in Europe and the United States. Kennet Partners announced the closing today.
The Kirkland team that represented Kennet Partners included partner Justin Dolling and associate Leon Santos.
