Kirkland & Ellis Advises Labco S.A. on its €100.0 Million High-Yield Offering
Kirkland & Ellis International LLP represented Labco S.A., a French société anonyme, in its offering of €100.0 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2018. The transaction closed on February 13, 2013. The net proceeds of the offering will be used to refinance certain indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
