Kirkland partner Jeff Rosen has been appointed as a public member to The Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS). Members of the ACUS provide their time and expertise to help improve government processes. As a public-private partnership, the ACUS brings together more than 100 federal agency leaders, general counsels, public interest advocates, legal academics, and private sector lawyers, including about a dozen law firm partners.
Mr. Rosen, who has been at Kirkland for more than 25 years, initially was with Kirkland for 21 years as an associate, litigation partner, and as member of the firm's management committee before leaving the firm for a role as general counsel of the U.S. Department of Transportation and later, as general counsel and senior policy advisor at the White House Office of Management and Budget. In 2009, he rejoined Kirkland, where he focuses on business litigation and regulatory matters across a variety of industry sectors.
