Kirkland & Ellis Advises Labeyrie Fine Foods S.A.S. with €275 Million Notes Offering

Kirkland & Ellis International LLP advised Labeyrie Fine Foods S.A.S. in connection with the offering of €275 million 5.625 percent senior secured notes due 2021. The deal closed on March 13, 2014. Proceeds from the notes offering will be used to repay Labeyrie's existing indebtedness.

The Kirkland team included London-based partners Ward McKimm and Cedric Van den Borren, and associates Tim Volkheimer, Paul Escarcelle-Rees and James Simpson.
